As a company passionate about what we do, we bear the responsibility for our products, our employees, their families and the environment. Our goal is to be a capable partner to customers and suppliers every single day. We make every effort to meet the needs of our customers and consumers quickly and in an unbureaucratic and goal-oriented way. To us, being large isn’t a worthwhile goal. The way we do business is determined much more so by performance and satisfied suppliers and customers. To us, growth isn’t a purpose in and of itself, but rather the result of our day-to-day actions and activities.
We’ve internalised that we can only be sustainable and successful if we follow social, economic and ecological principles. This is why we have also been engaged with regenerative energies for many decades and are currently the trendsetter of an entire industry with our new “Flower patches” project. Yet despite the industrial nature of our trade, our craft is the basis of our day-to-day work – just as before. We’re millers and are committed to the values of our profession. We’re only able to master the challenges of the future because we’re proficient in the ins and outs of the milling trade – and we’re always open to new knowledge and technology. We see this as the ideal combination of the awareness of tradition and the joy of innovating and investing. If we want to safeguard our traditions, we have to think in a forward-looking, entrepreneurial way.
