With an annual throughput of 2.2 million tonnes of milled grain, ten mill locations, and around 750 employees, we are recognised as masters of our craft and specialists in milling products – including wheat, rye, spelt, durum, and maize – as well as malted grains (barley and wheat), innovative cereal ingredients (both thermally and hydrothermally processed), and tailored solutions developed in close collaboration with artisan bakers and the broader food industry. Our portfolio ranges from GMO-free flours, malts, semolina, and grits, to process flours, fresh doughs, baby food ingredients, and precision-engineered biscuits.
